Choose Folder Action in Console Mode

In Pre-Install, there is an Action PANEL:Choose Folder.

But there is no equivalent action in the Console mode. All i can see is Choose Install Folder,[which is slightly different from Choose Folder]

In Choose Folder we can give any path we want, but Choose Install Folder by default installs at USER_INSTALL_DIR.

I want to install another product before installing my main component.

Any idea how to overcome this? Is this a bug or I am going wrong somewhere?

Indeed, there are some actions that don't have Console equivalents, and Choose Folder is one of them. Maybe you can workaround this with the Get User Input equivalent... or with custom code... or maybe have 2 separate installers (each one with the Choose Install Folder).
