while executing backup action it does not run xcopy due to source folder having space in its name .source folder is taken from $USER_INSTALL_DIR$ variable and destination $USER_SELECTED_BACKUPFOLDER$
we tried adding "" in xcopy source bat file (WebExtranet_Backup.bat)but in the end result it does not include ""
