Is it possible to add a hyperlink in "Prompt" of "Get User Input - Simple"?

Thank you for your post.

No, a hyperlink can't be added at all on the Get User Input - Simple Panel. You could try adding a hyperlink to a Display HTML Panel or Scrolling Message Panel.
