The platform utilizes WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) to discover and collect metrics from Windows devices. It is possible that WMI inbound connections are not permitted on the remote server. Please verify that the following inbound rules are set to allow in the Windows Firewall and Advanced Security on the Windows devices:
Windows Management Instrumentation (ASync-In)
Windows Management Instrumentation (DCOM-In)
Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI- IN)
