Question:

Why do I have servers listed in the Windows Inaccessible list with SSH responses?

Answer:

These devices are presumably not mapped to any credentials, neither as SSH or Windows. Likely, these servers host Samba or some other service on TCP 135, which resulted in an attempt to talk WMI with them and a WMI error. This then caused them to be classified as Inaccessible Windows.
