I am stuck in a loop when setting my Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) preferences. How can I resolve the issue?


When experiencing issues when setting Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) preferences, please use the steps below.

1)Log in to with your user login and password

2) When the MFA registration screen appears, enter the desired cellphone, email, device preference, and click submit. Leave this same browser window/tab open.

3) Wait for the confirmation email to be delivered. Upon delivery, *do not* click the link; instead, copy the link and paste it in the browser window/tab you used to enter you MFA registration preferences, and then hit Enter.

This should resolve the issue.
