Can Cloudscape support discovery of multilingual Operating System ?
Answer:
The Cloudscape platform can support a single language per environment.
If the codec value is set to a value other than the RN150 default value, then you will see an error. You can find the configured codec by running the command 'chcp.com' at a command prompt and open a case in Community with the codec number displayed. We can offer to change the language codec on the RN150 however this will cause issues if there is a mix of language codecs on the inventoried systems. (By default, we don't specify a codec and assume the output is UTF-8)
