Is there a way to mitigate impact in the monitored environment if servers are already heavily utilized?
Answer:
There is not a feature that allows the appliance to identify over utilized systems and modify it's queries to avoid further over utilization. It will be up to the deployment and on site team to monitor systems as the assessment is running/initialized. If this a concern of the team, please start the initial scan small and monitor the network and server impact as the inventory and performance collection processes are both performed.
