Pricing without running an Assessment

Can I price a cloud environment without running an assessment? Ex: I want to be able to input the specifications of an environment (without running an assessment on it) and then have Flexera go pull the pricing for AWS, Azure, Oracle etc. I know the pricing is part of CloudScape, so how do I individually input system requirements (CPU, RAM, etc.).

It's not clear to me how you would manually enter the inventory/usage data (instead of running an assessment), please could you elaborate a bit more on your use case(s)?
