No Flex Deploy download option in RISC Portal

Hello,

When looking at the assessment in the RISC portal, there is no option to download the Flex Deploy OVF template. Where can I find the OVF for the Flex Deploy appliance?

Additionally, is there a way to reset the bootstrap code for the RN150 appliance? When configuring the appliance I selected no to using Flex Deploy.

Hi James,

This would indicate the subscription code you entered does not have Flex Deploy entitlement. There is also no way to reset the bootstrap code. A new assessment and appliance would need to be deployed. You can reach out to your account manager, or open a support ticket, to confirm FDP entitlement.
