Issue with SQL Clusters

Good afternoon!

I have what I hope is a simple question. I have deployed the collector to look at ~ 100 servers in a datacenter. I received a list of IP's that were fed to the collector and data collection began. On 8 servers (all MSSQL) I am getting WMI data but no netstat. It appears that these 8 SQL servers were identified by their cluster IP and not the local server IP. We did a validation of netstat against the local server IP and fully validates....

Each of these servers has listed as its IP addresses both the local and the cluster IP. Cluster IP is listed first. Is there a way to get the tool to prefer the local IP vs cluster so we can pull the netstat data successfully?

If not what would be the steps to remediate and get these polled correctly?

Appreciate any thoughts or guidance folks might have.

I can see that you already created a support case to request their assistance in getting this resolved. (It does require their assistance to fix it for the specific servers with this issue (AFAIK)...)

Thanks,
