I'm trying to start a scan but we're receiving the following error message after starting the assessment.
Error There appears to have been an administrative error with your assessment. Please contact help@riscnetworks.com for additional info.
NOTE: This is not a technical error and will have no effect on the appliance or your environment.

As implied by the message you've received, you will need to reach out to Flexera Support for help in resetting the state of your assessment so you can run a new scan.
The best way to do this is to sign in to the Flexera Community, and then select the Support > Open New Case menu option.
