Customer wants to install security agent (Qualys) on the appliances (RN150, FlexDeploy). Is this possible? Don't think so, as we don't have access to the command shell. Could any of you confirm this?
This is not possible. Third-party software/agents cannot be added to either of the Cloudscape appliances. Security updates/patches are routinely applied, to the appliances thru the orchestration service which manages the solution and its deployments.
