Why is Flexera recommending SQL Core license to change the license type from Microsoft Server Core to Core Points?

I've created licenses off the back of purchases that were entered using a SKU for MS SQL Core licenses. This set the license type as Microsoft Server Core. Noticed a recommended license change to change it Core Points. Why Core Points? I did this to see what happened and it created a massive non-compliance. After I fell over, I rolled it back to Microsoft Server Core. Any ideas?

Thanks

I can see that you've received an explanation through Flexera Support. If you think it could be useful for other forum members then please share it here.

Thanks,

I did thank you. Still not sure why it was making this recommendation however because there are no core-points licenses for SQL. They are simple core-based licenses with minimum quantities. I was advised to simply ignore the recommendation.
