Report Builder unusable

Hello!

Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to build custom reports??

Flexera One has been really unstable the last sort of week or so, we have been unable to build a custom report without starting over several times due to the page randomly refreshing - not logging us out due to inactivity, just refreshing and losing any progress.

We were trying to implement a work around to a Bug last week and it happened while we were in a call with a Flexera engineer, and every day since.

Is this a known issue? Has anyone else seen this recently?

Happens to us all the time and it's extremely frustrating. In the middle of building a huge custom report and it just refreshes in front of you and kicks you right back to the start. For us, Flexera runs slow in general. I've had a support ticket open for months (regarding general slowness) and still have no explanation. I feel your pain.
