Yes, you will need to use the Flexera Scoped App for the integration between ITAM and ServiceNow.

But I see that it rquires paid dependendent plugins in the store, why would I pay for SAM plugin of ServiceNow ?

If you configure the Flexera Scoped App to use the CMDB tables and not the SAM tables you will not need to buy the SAM plugin.
