Discover unmanaged SaaS application via Proxy connection or other means

Besides the expense integration to look at purchase records for “shadow SaaS” is there a way to integrate SaaS Manager with internal Proxy servers or collect other discovery data like the FNMS agent Web usage tracker to look at what SaaS applications is being accessed in the customer environment that’s not managed or tracked? Or is it only via Expense imports?

I don't believe that there is any way to do this beyond the expense imports.  I might suggest that you submit an enhancement for this.. Recently Flexera launched a new facility within the Flexera Community to raise enhancements that is monitored and responded to by our Product Managers. This will lead to a more direct communication on these submissions.
