An update has been made to Billing Center allocation for Google Cloud Provider. In some cases Google does not assign a Project Id to items. Optima now supports allocating these costs to Billing Centers by cloud account for costs that are not assigned a Project ID in GCP. This is done by creating a manual cloud account based allocation rule with a blank Cloud Account ID. Those costs will then be allocated to the selected billing center.
Note that in tabular view these costs may show up as "None" for the account id.
