We are pleased to inform you that the September 2021 update (release number 2021 R1.1) of Flexera One ITAM is deployed to UAT environments on September 9th. We are planning to upgrade the production environment in Europe on September 16th and North America on September 23rd.

Please note upgrade schedule is subject to change, you will be notified in the event that we need to modify the upgrade schedule date. If you have any questions about this release or upgrade, please ask through the community or contact Customer Support.

Following are the features included in the September update

Report optimizes subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux support (A new report offers optimization of your Red Hat Enterprise Linux subscriptions)

Three new Oracle license reports (This release brings three  detailed new reports to help you understand and optimize your Oracle environment)

Fractions of points supported for IBM PVU license calculations (IBM PVU licensing support decimal point factor)

Three new types of hardware assets added (Three new asset types added in this release)

Inventory Agent change log

FlexNet Beacon change log

Resolved issues published

Hi everyone,

There is a slight change in the Flexera One ITAM production upgrade. Based on the revised upgrade plan we will be planning to upgrade the production environment in Europe on September 20th and North America on September 28th.

based on the resolved issues. Is there any plan to integrate fix for IOJ-2198658 into the on-prem O365 adapter. Some times we run into this issue when gathering a huge amount of data from O365.

When the Microsoft 365 adapter runs more than an hour to collect the usage information, the import fails with an error - access token has expired

@dennis_reinhardt - yes, the fix for issue IOJ-2198658 is marked to be included in the next FlexNet Manager Suite On-premises release.
