The TCP_NODELAY environment variable is normally set in the following registry location on a Windows 7 platform when the FLEXlm license service is started by a user:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FLEXlm License Manager
When setting the service to start at power up using lmtools, the TCP_NODELAY environment variable will need to be set as a system variable.
