Answer
The license can be return to license by execute lmutil lmremove command. There are two option formats:
> lmremove [-c license_file_list] feature user user_host display
or
> lmremove [-c license_file_list] -h feature server_host port handle
If you don't know value of user, user_host, display, server_host, port and handle, you can obtain it by executing:
> lmutil lmstat -a
