Question

What is the Cause of Error :lc_flexinit() returned exit code 2 ?

Answer

In Addition to
setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable to point to the platform directory of the FNP toolkit.

OR pointing to folder where it contains *_libFNP.so (and in windows it looks for libfnp dll location).

There is one customer reported that the above did not help. Their issue was resolved with following procedure:

lc_flexinit() was failing because SELinux was enabled. It worked after they disabled it.

To fix this temporarily, run

sudo /usr/sbin/setenforce 0

To permanently disable enforcement during a system startup, change "enforcing" to "disabled" in ''/etc/selinux/config'' and reboot.
