SDT stand for Secure Data Type, SDT_FEATURE_NAME_MAX_SZ is applicable only for secure data type and not for regular feature names.
SDT_FEATURE_NAME_MAX_SZ " value would always be 32. It cannot be changed as FNP internal implementation always assumes it to be 32 and is not configurable.
