What could be the cause of this issue and how to fix it?

Diagnosis:

Try to run ipconfig /all to list all the network adapters and check how many network adapters are there because there is a limitation of 10 network adapters that can be listed and validated by the license server "HostID of the License Server" so if more than 10 network adapters exist then the list will mark it 000000000000

For Example when we have more than 10 then the 11th network adaptor is marked as 0 and we do not find the 2a05f89cb699 as well

HostID of the License Server: "025041000001 0a0027000010 0a002700000e 0a002700004a 0a0027000050 0a0027000056 84fdd14beb47 86fdd14beb46 005056c00001 005056c00008 000000000000"

Solution:

Try to reduce the total number of network adapters max to 10  which included the output of the lmhostid.exe which is "2a05f89cb699" then start the license server

This will fix the No valid hostids, exiting error.
