You might encounter these kind of errors while building the toolkit.
It indicates that the "*" library mentioned is missing from the link path. It should be in the in i86_n3/x64 folder of the toolkit .
Example : LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'libthread.lib'
Make sure the libthread library is present in the platform directory
