Cause

This is caused when copying the VM_UUID from the DOS console to your license file, when it's spread out on two lines, (see screenshot below). Sometimes there is a space in-between VM_UUID, for example: "51DBB556 53CA" so the host is invalid.

Workaround

Remove the space in the VM_UUID on the SERVER line of the license file, for example: VM_UUID=ED104D56-566B-8781-2D86-51DBB55653CA.
