Permission issue while updating FNP library to 11.18.0

Would you please confirm whether FNP 11.8.3 has been released and whether the permission issue has been resolved in this release?

Hi @emenon The release date of FNP 11.18.3.0 (2021 R4) will be on 26th Nov 2021 (unless any change in date).  

"whether the permission issue has been resolved in this release?" can you give me some more information to verify this issue? any case reference would helpful for me to check and update you.
