I was updating code to use FlexNet Publisher 11.18.0.0 and ran into a strange inconsistency.
`lmerrors.h` has 275 entries, but `lcontext.h` only has 274 entries.
Upon closer inspection it looks like `lcontext.h` does not have an entry for `LM_VSEND_TOO_MANY`.
In my experience with this API in the past, these files have had the same number of entries.
Is this a bug?
