How to get c sharp or dotnet core sdk for FlexNet Publisher

How to get c sharp or .net core sdk for FlexNet Publisher? I cannot find directory said in user guide.

Please give me detailed guide and real sdk file to use FlexNet Publisher.

FNP "C sharp" kits should be available for download from the Product and Licensing Center, under section named "Licenses & Tools", as in the picture below.
