FlexID dongle - Type 9

My name is Caterina and I work for Yotta Volt that distributes Cadence Software in Eastern Europe. We have previously purchased a dongle from Flexera and we need another quote for one FlexID Type 9 dongle that we will use for Cadence's license installation, for one of our clients in Romania. 

Anyone knows who I can contact for a quote and estimated delivery time for such a dongle? I have tried emailing flexid@flexera.com and flexid@flexerasoftware.com and support@flexera.com but I got no response and it is quite urgent. 

I apologise in advance if this is the wrong forum for such requests but it seems impossible to get any info on how to purchase one of these dongles and my previous contact is no longer available.
