Creating group in options file

I want to create a group in the options file.
Is the amount of users in a group limited?
Can I put the users in a group on multiple lines?

I don't think there's a maximum on the number of users in a group. A single entry in an options file can be up to 4,000 characters; you can also list a group multiple times, and FNP will concatenate the list of users:

GROUP PEOPLE User1 User2 User3
GROUP PEOPLE User4 User5
INCLUDE SampleFeature GROUP PEOPLE
