This incident is resolved and all FlexNet Operations ALM services on the PCS environment are operational. The team is monitoring for any further issues. If you encounter any problems on the PCS environment, please contact Revenera Technical Support for assistance.

We are experiencing connectivity issues between FlexNet Operations ALM and the Device Activation Service on the Production Copy Service (PCS) environment. This affects device related activities such as device creation and activation. 

NOTE: FlexNet Operations ALM / LLM on the UAT or Production environments are not impacted by this issue.

The team is actively working to resolve the issue. Please watch this thread for additional updates.
