On March 10th, between 6 AM PDT and 8:40 AM PDT, FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM experienced performance degradation. Our team completed their analysis and identified the root cause. They found a secondary process was interfering with the performance of the primary database server, resulting in high memory and CPU usage.
The high memory and CPU usage on the database server, in turn, caused slow performance on the FlexNet Operations application. To correct this, our team terminated the secondary process and restarted the application servers. All services are operational and the team continues to monitor the status.
