The ALM Reporter capabilities allows you to conduct ad-hoc analysis for data found within FlexNet Operations. This allows you to structure the type of data ("columns") you want to see in the output and also apply basic filtering to the data. In general, Reporter is good for analysis that would be done with Excel.Examples of analysis:
- Trending analysis by aggregating data according to key group-by attributes
- Find expiring entitlements within a set # of days into the future filter for a specific product
- Find which customers have expiring maintenance in the next 30 days
- Identify new customer accounts / users added
- Download history over the past 30 days
