FlexNet Operations Reporter 4.2 (New) - How to Edit an Existing Document
To edit an existing document in the new FlexNet Operations Reporter 4.2 version, locate the document and right click to open menu options and select Modify. Optionally you can open document by double clicking on it.
There are many options to edit the display of the report results. Select the field and right click for available menu options. For example, you can delete a field by selecting Delete from the options.
To include objects that are available in the data source but are not currently listed in the Available Objects panel, select the Data Access Tab-> Data Providers-> Edit
This will open the query panel for your updates. You can then select new objects to add to the Result Objects or Query Filters panel as you would when you create a document and run the report. Information available on How to Create and Save Documents.
If you add a new field to your query, please note you need to add it to the Results after refreshing your document as it will not automatically be added to results.
