Answer
An entitlement can be deleted if the licenses have not been used or if the licenses are returned. Almost all data objects in FlexNet Operations Cloud can be deleted conditionally (dependencies on other data objects). The exception is FlexNet Embedded components which there are no options to delete/inactivate/obsolete. FlexNet Embedded hosts (devices/servers) may be obsoleted (renamed and all licenses returned).
