Can 'Data Import Template' be used to REPLACE the roles of users?
Question: Can 'Data Import Template' be used to REPLACE the roles of users in the end user portal for bulk operation?
Answer: No, We cannot replace the user roles using 'Data Import Template', as we can only add to the existing roles from it . We have to use 'Web services' or FNO PP UI to REPLACE the user roles.
