The Aspera Connect client is failing when trying to upload files using the High Speed Upload option. How do I troubleshoot the problem?


1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Aspera Connect client. You can check or download the latest version by going to the following URL.

2. Aspera Connect needs UDP port 33001 (or range 33001-33200) open. Check with the person in charge of your company's firewall to see if these ports are open or can be opened.

3 If you continue to have difficulties downloading please send us the following file from your machine.
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Aspera\Aspera Connect\var\log\aspera-scp.transfer.log
