Thanks for the confirmation @cfischer. When i run the there are activation ids that have empty records. Do you know what causes that? I look up the order Id and there are activation id part of that entitlement.

It sounds like the activation IDs may not be in use, but we will need to look closer at the data to know. Please create a support case with the details. If you make a copy of your report in the shared folder Support can access the report and take a closer look.

Thanks I created a case and attached my report. This report is in a shared folder that Flexera has access to.
