bin file encryption

Hi,

I'm  doing a security audit for our product using Flexera. 

Regarding sensitive data at rest : 

How are Flexera bin files protected and encrypted ?

I know I can decode them using printbin, but

Is there a way for an attacker that obtains that file to decode it and alter to use stored licenses for his purposes ?
