The license for the FNO server has expired without being renewed. How do I get a new license?

1. We changed the server and built the FNO Server.
2. The license is not renewing automatically.

Hi @chamg-netsarang ,

The Community is not able to resolve license expiration and renewals for customers.  This is managed together by the Account team, typically your Account Manager, and Flexera Orders.

You can confirm the license has expired? Is your company's maintenance current if you know?

Ultimately, since you are offline, it appears you'll need to call to get a license.  Once initially licensed again, you can remain offline for a period of time (30 days) before it will need to refresh the license.

Best Regards,

Eric

Sorry, 18.1.0 isn't a version of FNO ?

Can your new installation connect online?

Also, can you email me (ejohnson@flexera.com) the license server URL from "System | Configure | Licensing".

Hi @chamg-netsarang ,

A colleague assisted us with your licensing.

Can you change the first of letter of your license server, (e.g. from V, to a W) and then back (from W, to a V), and that should trigger (if online) a communication to refresh your license rights.

P.S. Please hit 'save' in between changes V to W and back (W to V).

It was solved that way. 🙂 Thank you very much for the answer.
