The license for the FNO server has expired without being renewed. How do I get a new license?
problem situation:
1. We changed the server and built the FNO Server.
2. The license is not renewing automatically.
3. How do I get a new license or renew a license?

Hi @chamg-netsarang ,
The Community is not able to resolve license expiration and renewals for customers. This is managed together by the Account team, typically your Account Manager, and Flexera Orders.
You can confirm the license has expired? Is your company's maintenance current if you know?
Ultimately, since you are offline, it appears you'll need to call to get a license. Once initially licensed again, you can remain offline for a period of time (30 days) before it will need to refresh the license.
Best Regards,
Eric

Good to hear on maintenance. 🙂

Sorry, 18.1.0 isn't a version of FNO ?
Can your new installation connect online?
Also, can you email me (ejohnson@flexera.com) the license server URL from "System | Configure | Licensing".
