Hello,
we are using SOAP methods searchDevices and getDevice to get overview of used features for served clients for particular server ID. Usually the data returned by the methods are only few seconds or minutes behind real state of the licenses, but recently (last few days) we have noticed that the data are several hours or even days behind real state, which is useless for our purpose.
Is it a known issue or is there some problem?

PS: Currently (10/03/2020 16:50 CET) the methods return real data again, but can you comment on it anyway?

thank you for your answer. Would it possible to inform us next time you encounter similar issue? Having accurate reports is important for us and our customers. We have checked service status page several time in the past days and there were no issues reported.

We are experiencing the same issue during the last few days. The data returned by SOAP services are delayed by several minutes again. Our customers expect to have realtime overview of consumed/free licenses. Is there any known issue on your side
Is there also REST API where we can get the same information? Basically we need to get list of served clients for particular server ID and list of used features for each served client.
I'm able to get list of served clients via /operations/manageDevice/devices , but if I query deviceId, I don't see a list of features (unlike in SOAP services). Is there a way to get them?

I am not aware of any issues, please feel free to submit a support ticket on the subject. With regards to REST, there is a full suite of FlexNet Embedded License Server REST APIs that can be used to view/manage license servers. Please refer to the FlexNet Embedded License Server Producer Guide which can be download from the Product & License Center:
In particular you'll want to take a look the /clients endpoint to get active clients & features.

thank you for fixing issue with a delay. Unfortunately, we're still experiencing some delay. It varies between 5-10 minutes. Thank you for having a look on it
