@AlainD  Go to ->Other Resources --> Product and license center from your community page-> select let's go "FlexNet Licensing (FlexNet Embedded/FlexNet Publisher)" --> flexnet licenseing

Then you have the latest FNP toolkits, Let me know if you need any more help.
