[Incident# 4417-9424168] - when creating Simple entitlement SOAP

What is expected for ?  <soldTo>[String]</soldTo> in the SOAP envelope ? when you create a simple entitlement:

<createSimpleEntitlementRequest xmlns="urn:v4.webservices.operations.flexnet.com">
<simpleEntitlement>
<entitlementId>
<id></id>
<autoGenerate>true</autoGenerate>
</entitlementId>
<description></description>
<soldTo>[string?]</soldTo> <!--mandatory-->
<shipToEmail></shipToEmail>
<shipToAddress></shipToAddress>
<emailTemplateVariation></emailTemplateVariation>

 

and what Incident# 4417-9424168 means?

Hi @ptancre ,

The "soldTo" Account is listed in the "End Customer and Channel Partner" section of the Entitlement as show in the attached image.

The soldTo field should be populated with the Account ID for the entitlement.

Thanks for your reply, looking up at the Account page or entitlement I cannot find any reference with the field "soldTo" is this hidden?
