How to change expiration date format in Entitlement e-mails

Hello-

I'm using On-prem 2018 R1

The format of dates in FNO entitlement emails are "Dec 12, 2022" but our corporate standard format is "12 Dec 2022". We use the following merge tag to add the expiration date to the entitlement emails:

[[IF TAG="ExpirationDate" VALUENOT=""]] [[ExpirationDate]] [[ELSE]] Permanent [[END ELSE]] [[END IF]]

How can we change the format of the date in the emails? It would be great if there is a setting to change format throughout FNO but the immediate need to change the format of the entitlement email.
