Is there functionality to allow customers to select certain files from a download package?
For example;
A download package has 23 files but the end user only wants to download 5 files.
Is there a way for them to select specific files?

Hi,
It would be helpful to know which version of FNO you are using and a little bit more about how your Download Packages are structured. e.g. how many files are in the Download Package?
In current versions of FlexNet Operations Cloud and On-premises the way it should work is when you click on the download package you should see the list of files that are associated to it. If there are no check boxes to the left of the file description, then the user my need to install the download manager.
For more info on the download manager see this knowledge base article.
If there are check boxes, then the user can choose just the files they want and can click on the Download Selected Files button instead of clicking on each file name individually.
If your Download Package consists of a single zip, tar, whatever file, then you may need to restructure the Download Package to allow for more granularity. e.g. you could offer a download package with all 5 files zipped and another download file consisting of the single aggregated file.
