Download Portal and Accounts

Is it possible to list all the downloads available to a user, rather than just the ones for the Account they have selected in the drop down?

We are constantly needing to explain to customers that they need to select the appropriate Account and it would be great if we could even do away with the drop down altogether.

Hi @andybevan ,

The UI for software downloads reflects account-based entitlements.  If users belong to more than one account then they will first need to select the desired account from the drop-down.   

Note that the List Entitlements page lists Entitlements across all accounts to which the user belongs.  There is a "Download Now" link on the far right which can be used to download software for the selected Entitlement/Account.

Thanks, yes I was hoping the portal could be configured to perhaps display based on customer rather than Account. However it seems that this is not possible.
