Deleting an Entitlement

Hello,

We have some obsolete entitlements on the fno and wanted to clean it up. The line items in the entitlements were activated and then returned by the user. When I tried to delete the entitlement the fno throws an error

Cannot delete line item 7660-1869-12b3-ff60-39d7-3d6. It has been activated.

Can you please help us with this issue?

Hi,

As I know it's not possible to "archive" old licenses. All Entitlements stay in the system.
