Symptoms
The following error may appear in the flexnet.log belonging to the Reporting module:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded.
Cause
This is caused by the number of reporting records that are loaded into cache killing the available memory on the machine.
Resolution
This can be resolved by increasing the Java heap size from the default value by using the FlexNet Configurator for the module.
